Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This policy explains how ClawPump collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, APIs, MCP tools, and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, wallet addresses, authentication credentials, agent settings, prompts and tool inputs, transaction details, support messages, and information you choose to connect from third-party services.
We also collect basic technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, logs, and interactions with the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, execute your instructions, authenticate users, maintain accounts, process requested transactions, improve performance, prevent abuse, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
Connected services and sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, and transaction processing; with third-party services you direct us to use; or when required for safety, fraud prevention, or law. Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may be publicly visible by design. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain account and service data for as long as needed to operate the service or until you request deletion, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup requirements. Security and operational logs are generally kept for up to 90 days unless a longer period is necessary. OAuth access tokens are short-lived, while refresh credentials may remain valid until expiration, revocation, or account disconnection.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and controls designed to protect stored credentials. No system is completely secure, so you should protect your account, API keys, and wallet credentials and promptly revoke access you no longer use.
Your choices and rights
You may disconnect integrations, revoke credentials, update account information, or request access to or deletion of personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to correct, export, restrict, or object to certain processing.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
